  • What should I do if I need a shorter or longer trip?
    For shorter or longer trips, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and make arrangements.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations are free up to a week before the scheduled date. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • What happens if an item breaks or gets lost?
    If an item breaks or gets lost, a replacement fee will be charged. Please contact us for more details.
  • What if I'm unhappy?
    We do everything in our power to ensure you have a quality experience. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for a resolution.
